David Catalinotto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and environmental analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst for the City of Petaluma's Fire Department since January 2022, David previously held the position of Environmental Management Coordinator with the City of San Rafael, managing a Household Hazardous Waste facility. Prior roles include Environmental Analyst at Leidos, where comprehensive regulatory compliance and data analysis were performed, and Deputy Campaign Manager for a Maryland House of Delegates campaign. David's background also includes work as an Environmental/Energy Information Specialist at SAIC, and consulting with the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. An educational foundation in statistics and political science from Columbia University has been complemented by ongoing studies toward a Master of Public Administration at Syracuse University's Maxwell School.
