Matthew Dabner is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in water recycling and pump mechanics. Currently serving as the Water Recycling Lead Operator for the City of Petaluma since April 2011, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in operational management within the water treatment sector. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Pump Mechanic at Bartley Pump Inc. from April 2006 to April 2011. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Franklin University, completed in May 2023, and an Associate of Arts in Business Management from Eastern Gateway Community College, awarded in 2021.
