Michael Medeiros has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael co-founded Leatherhead Coffee in 2017 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. Michael previously worked in the City of Petaluma as a Fire Battalion Chief starting in December 2004, and as a Battalion Chief for the City of Petaluma Fire Department starting in December 2003. Michael also had experience as a Business Owner of Core Nutrients Organic Fertilizer from November 2016 to July 2020. Michael served as the Director of Winery Relations for Alta Vista Vineyards Inc./Mu from March 2011 to July 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Fire Captain for the City of Petaluma Fire Dept. and as an Operations staff at Mulas Dairy Company, their family-owned dairy in the Sonoma Valley, from June 1998 to September 2007.
Michael Medeiros attended California State University, Chico from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences.
