Raelyn Caldwell is an experienced Geographic Information System Administrator currently working for the City of Petaluma since April 2018, and has also held positions as a Senior Engineering Technician and Engineering Technician II. Concurrently, Raelyn serves as a Grading Assistant for the Geospatial Education Program at Penn State University since February 2022. Previous roles include GIS Technician at The Northwest Information Center and Student Research Assistant for NASA's Undergraduate Student Research Program. Raelyn’s academic background includes a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science from Penn State World Campus and a degree in Geography with a focus on Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Sonoma State University. Practical experience encompasses data maintenance, analysis, geo-processing, and creating data management systems.
