Carmen Lazo

Carmen Lazo serves as the Children Community Programs Administrator for the City of Pflugerville, Texas, since October 2021, bringing valuable experience from the role of Children Services Coordinator at Pflugerville Public Library, held from April 2008 until January 2022. Carmen Lazo holds a degree from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, completed between 1986 and 1991.
