Gloria Mitchell

Gloria Mitchell has been working for the City of Philadelphia since October 2008. Gloria started as a Project Manager and has since advanced to the position of Senior Project Manager within the Division of Technology, PPD. Currently, Gloria holds the role of Director, OIT Operations PMO, leading the OIT Operations project management office and focusing on standardization of project management practices, governance of SDLC methodology, PPM maturity initiative goals, I&O project support, and PM training.
