Jesse Elliott

Jesse Elliott serves as the Assistant City Treasurer for Contracts and Budgets at the City of Philadelphia since March 2022 and also holds the position of Assistant Finance Manager, working on the Rebuild Philadelphia initiative aimed at revitalizing public spaces with a budget exceeding $500 million. Prior to this role, Jesse managed a team as Retail Store Manager at Music & Arts, focusing on music education and retail staff training. Additional experience includes serving as a Financial Services Professional at Mutual of Omaha and internships at O'Donnell Law Offices and the U.S. House of Representatives, where duties included processing legal documents and providing constituent services. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Wilkes University.
