Jessica Hoffman

Jessica Hoffman, CISSP, currently serves as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer and HIPAA Security Officer for the City of Philadelphia since March 2023. Concurrently, Jessica holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at Penn State Harrisburg, teaching cybersecurity undergraduate classes. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President and IT Audit Manager at Provincia Government Solutions, where Jessica managed the Security Controls Assessment program, and as an Instructor for various cybersecurity courses at Harrisburg University and NuPaths. Jessica has extensive experience at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, serving as a Cyber Risk Advisor and Security Controls Assessment Lead, contributing to significant security initiatives. Jessica’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
