Joe Spinks Jr.

Joe Spinks Jr. has extensive experience in the field of construction and professional development within the City of Philadelphia. Since April 2012, Joe has held various roles in the Department of Licenses & Inspections, including Manager of Training & Professional Development, Acting Director of the Construction Inspections Unit, and Construction Inspections Manager. Joe also served as Construction Compliance Supervisor and Construction Plan Review Specialist/Inspector. Prior to this, Joe was a Carpenter at the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America from April 2004 to April 2012. Joe is an alumnus of Temple University, where studies were completed from 1998 to 2000, and is a graduate of Roman Catholic High School, attended from 1994 to 1998.
