Jon Malcarney

Jon Malcarney, PMP, currently serves as a Sr. Project Manager with the City of Philadelphia since March 2017. Prior experience includes roles at ARAMARK from January 2012 to March 2017 as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst, where Jon implemented a procurement application suite and managed the integration of iTradeNetwork for global data synchronization. Earlier, Jon worked as a Quality Assurance Consultant for Piehead and held the position of Quality Control Lead at DSG, Inc., focusing on electronic data capture systems for clinical trials. Jon spent over six years at Intertek as a Project Manager, overseeing certification testing programs for mobile applications, and began a career as a Cell Site Technician at Fox Cable Construction. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Small Business from the University of Vermont.
