Qadeer Gulzari

Qadeer Gulzari, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple organizations and roles. Qadeer most recently served as the Senior Director of Data & Analytics at the City of Philadelphia, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Program Development & Data Management at the same organization from October 2020 to November 2022. Additionally, they served as the Director of Financial and Technical Assistance from October 2019 to October 2020.

Before joining the City of Philadelphia, Qadeer worked as a Program Director at the Grow Delaware Fund from September 2018 to October 2019. Qadeer also gained experience as a Small Business Advisor at the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians from January 2017 to August 2018.

Qadeer's past roles include Finance Development Manager at The American University of Afghanistan from December 2014 to December 2016, Finance Advisor (Part-Time) at Kahkeshan-e-Sharq University from July 2013 to July 2016, and Business Analyst at DAI from October 2013 to December 2014.

Earlier in their career, Qadeer served as the Managing Director & Instructor at the Adeeb Educational Institute from January 2007 to January 2010, and as an Office Assistant at ES-KO International from January 2006 to April 2006.

Qadeer Gulzari, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Akron, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Education from Herat, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Financial Coaching from NeighborWorks America in 2017.
