Regis Shogan is an accomplished technology leader specializing in enterprise architecture and GIS. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Architecture for the City of Philadelphia since January 2018, Regis develops and directs the city's architecture practice, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and overseeing various project architecture services. Previously, as Deputy GIO for Architecture and Planning, Regis led successful cloud migration initiatives. Experience includes roles as an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University, Solutions Architect at Esri, and Solutions Architect during Chevron's IT landscape transformation. Regis holds a Postbaccalaureate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh, along with a recent completion of the CTO Program at Wharton Executive Education.
