Sabrenia Best is an experienced professional in facilities management and social services, currently serving as the Assistant Deputy Director for Facilities and previously as the Director of Facilities and Asset Management at the City of Philadelphia since October 1999. Responsibilities include managing multiple areas such as facilities management, maintenance contracts, capital projects, lease management, and asset inventory for the Office of Homeless Services. Prior to this, Sabrenia held positions as a Contract Coordinator, Social Service Program Analyst, and Social Worker, showcasing expertise in contract management and social service delivery. With a solid educational background, including a Master's in Human Resources and a Master's in Business Administration from Holy Family University, and a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Temple University, Sabrenia brings a diverse skill set to the role.
