Sabrina Maynard has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sabrina started their career in 2008 as a Corps Member at Jumpstart. Sabrina then worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Public Financial Management as a Graduate Research Associate. In 2014, they had two roles, first as a Pathways Policy Assistant at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and later as the Executive Director of Penn Public Policy Challenge at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2015, Sabrina joined the City of Philadelphia as a Finance Analyst at the Department of Human Services. From 2016 to 2019, they progressed within the City of Philadelphia, holding various positions including Assistant Budget Director for Program Evaluation and Senior Business and Policy Analyst. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Director of Finance, and then as the Budget Director. Currently, Sabrina holds the position of Deputy Finance Director for Policy, Analysis, and Grants at the City of Philadelphia.
Sabrina Maynard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies and Political Science from Boston University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration (MPA) at the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015.
