Kevin R. Russell, MBA, possesses extensive experience in budget management and financial operations within higher education and local government. Since October 2014, Kevin has served in various roles at the University of South Carolina, currently as University Budget Director, after holding positions as Associate University Budget Director and Associate Chancellor for Business Affairs and Human Resources at Palmetto College. Previous experience includes tenure as Director of Budget & Finance at the University of South Carolina Salkehatchie, Procurement Officer for Lancaster County Government, and Fiscal Technician II/Manager of Student Accounts at the University of South Carolina Lancaster. Kevin began a professional career in management as Store Manager at Equipment Rental & Sales, INC. and General Manager at Scottish Food Systems, INC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, an MBA from Winthrop University, and an Associate of Science from the University of South Carolina Lancaster.
