Tanya Hawes

Tanya Hawes is an experienced Business Analyst currently employed by the City of Philadelphia since January 2019, where responsibilities include identifying business requirements and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for software implementation projects. Prior roles include Implementation Analyst at Frontline Education, EPIC Go-Live Support Contractor at Physician Technology Partners, and Business Analyst at Allscripts, where Tanya translated business requirements into functional designs and supported EPIC Inpatient implementations. Earlier in the career, Tanya served as a Training and Education Analyst Contractor at Penn Medicine and held various consulting roles focused on Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations. Tanya holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
