Taylor Popp

Taylor Popp is a Lead GIS Analyst with experience in geographic information systems, currently working for the City of Philadelphia since June 2023. Previously, Taylor served as a Geographic Information Systems Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, where training was provided for 29 graduate students in the ESRI ArcGIS platform. Prior roles include Mapping and Analysis Intern positions with Sharpsburg Borough and the Borough of Verona, where databases were developed to assess property eligibility for recovery programs. Taylor also has experience in database management and retail management, alongside research assistance roles at The University of Alabama, involving data analysis and community engagement. Taylor holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Alabama.
