Tracy Delaney

Tracy Delaney is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the City of Philadelphia and the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Associate since January 2023, Tracy previously held the position of Benefits Coordinator from November 2021 to January 2023. Tracy's career with the City of Philadelphia began in March 1998 and includes roles such as Departmental Human Resources Manager II, Acting Human Resources Manager II, Administrative Officer, Departmental Payroll Clerk, and Clerk Typist, culminating in over two decades of service. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate of Science degree, both in Business Administration and Management, from Peirce College, as well as a diploma from Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls.
