Ian Trollope

Ian Trollope is an experienced telecommunications and information technology professional currently serving as Deputy CIO for the City of Phoenix since August 2008, where leadership of the Enterprise Telecommunications Services division encompasses unified communications, contact center operations, data networks, and cabling infrastructure. Previously, Ian held the position of Unified Communications Manager, overseeing telephony and network services for the fifth largest city in the US, managing one of the largest Ericsson phone systems globally and providing services across numerous city facilities. Prior roles include Information Officer for Deer Valley Little League, Telecommunications Manager at Insight Enterprises where management encompassed North America and APAC regions for a vast user base, and Systems Manager at Circuit City, focusing on technical support for an outbound call center. Ian holds a BS in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
