Ayesha Khan is a seasoned professional with expertise in knowledge translation and community health. Currently serving as an Accessibility Advisory Committee Member for the City of Pickering since January 2023, Ayesha is also a Knowledge Translation Specialist with the Canadian Association of Community Health Centres. Previous roles include Knowledge Translation Advisor for the Canadian Muslim COVID-19 Task Force, Program Coordinator for The Little Things Canada, and Research & Education Associate with the Arthritis Society. Ayesha has a strong research background, having worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Work & Health and the University of Toronto, contributing to studies on episodic disabilities and tele-empathy. Ayesha holds a Master of Public Health in Social and Behavioural Health Sciences from the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from the same institution.
