Deputy Chief Building Official & Manager, Building Services at City of Pickering

Carl Kolbe has extensive experience in the building inspection and management sector, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Building Official & Manager of Building Services for the City of Pickering since February 2013. In this role, Carl provides guidance to supervisory staff, ensures compliance with legislation, and maintains effective communication with stakeholders.
