With extensive experience at the City of Pickering since November 1995, Carpino has also held positions as Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Community Services, Supervisor of Culture & Recreation, and Fitness Supervisor. Carpino holds a Master of Arts degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
