Catherine Bogan

Catherine Bogan is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the City of Piqua since May 2017. Prior to this role, Catherine worked for Montgomery County, Ohio, from 2005 to May 2017, holding various positions including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Labor Relations Representative, and Human Resources Coordinator. Catherine's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager and Coordinator for GENERATIONS GROUP HOMES, INC. from 1999 to 2001 and as a Human Resources Assistant for the City of Athens, Ohio, from June 1997 to March 1999. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Organizational Communication and Human Resources, graduating Cum Laude from Ohio University in 1997.
