Chris Hornstein has over 20 years of experience in design, construction, and maintenance of grounds and facilities. Chris joined the City as a FUSE Fellow in 2017, and then served as Assistant Director of Public Works from 2018 onward. Public Works is responsible for environmental services, maintenance of the City's streets, parks, and buildings, as well as the design and management of the City's construction efforts in parks and buildings. Chris is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and The University of Maryland, and currently resides in the Banksville neighborhood.
