Eric Pferdekamper

Eric Pferdekamper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and workforce development. Currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner for the City of Pittsburgh since March 2023, Eric specializes in the administration of personnel policies in compliance with employment laws. As a Registered Apprenticeship Navigator/Program Manager for New Century Careers, Eric trains companies on developing and managing apprenticeship programs. Previous roles include Development Coordinator/Trainer at the Pittsburgh A. Philip Randolph Institute, Workforce Development Manager at SMC Business Councils, and Center Manager at Pittsburgh/Allegheny County CareerLink.
