Ricardo Morales, the Commissioner of Public Works at the City of Pittsfield, has a solid background in civil engineering. Ricardo previously served as the Interim Commissioner of Public Works and City Engineer. Prior to their role in the public sector, Ricardo worked at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer. Ricardo also gained experience as an Intern Engineer at BLDM. Ricardo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
