Jennifer Lampman

Jennifer (Gillis) Lampman is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in municipal financial management. Currently serving as the Director of Finance for the City of Placentia since April 2022, Jennifer previously held the position of Finance Director for the City of Fountain Valley from May 2020 to April 2022. Prior roles include Administrative Services Manager at the Orange County Department of Child Support Services and President and Real Estate Broker at Shade Tree Investments. Jennifer also served as Budget Manager and Senior Administrative Analyst for the City of Huntington Beach. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego.
