Curtis Howard has extensive experience in legal and administrative roles, currently serving as the Director of Neighborhood Services and previously holding positions such as Administrative Services Manager and Senior Legal Advisor at the City of Plano since October 2011. Additionally, Curtis has been an instructor at the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas (LEMIT) with Sam Houston State University since September 2017. Prior to these roles, Curtis worked in various capacities including Chief Felony Prosecutor at Collin County from November 1997 to October 2011.
