Gustavo Duran

Gustavo Duran is an experienced information security professional with a strong background in IT security and network services. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer for the City of Plano, Duran has held key positions including IT Security Engineer Principal at DynCorp International and Information Technology Engineer at Aviall, a Boeing Company. Additional experience includes leadership roles as NCR Network Security Services Team Lead at NCR Corporation and as Radiant Network And Security Services Team Lead at Radiant Systems Inc. Duran holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Cyber Security from Boston University and is an Accredited Configuration Engineer in Palo Alto Firewall Management.
