Allison Timpone

Allison Timpone has extensive experience in HR roles. Allison currently works as an HR Director at the City of Plymouth since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at the City of St. Louis Park from April 2021 to September 2022. Allison also served as an HR Manager at the City of St. Louis Park from June 2005 to April 2021, and as an HR Coordinator from September 2003 to June 2005.

Allison Timpone earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, from St. Cloud State University from 1997 to 2001. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. In May 2021, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
