Tommy Flannigan

Tommy Flannigan is a design technologist and project coordinator at the City of Port Colborne since March 2023, following a role as Municipal Drain Technologist from January 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included conducting field surveys, preparing AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings, assisting with municipal drain inspections, creating yearly maintenance assessment schedules, and invoicing for maintenance works. Prior experience includes a position as an Infrastructure Co-op Student at the City of Niagara Falls in 2019. Tommy Flannigan holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technologist from Mohawk College, completed from 2018 to 2020.
