Sara Sanchez

Sara Sanchez serves as the Development Services Coordinator for the City of Port Lavaca since August 2021, where responsibilities include project coordination, program implementation, and ordinance development. Previously, Sara held the position of Permit Technician, assisting with development projects and customer documentation. Prior to this, experience includes roles at IBC Bank as an Administrative Assistant for Consumer Loans, and various analytical and operational positions at Academy Sports + Outdoors. Sara's educational journey includes pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, complementing a background in business through attendance at University of Houston-Downtown and Victoria College.
