KT LaBadie possesses a strong background in environmental compliance and water quality management, currently serving as a Code Compliance Specialist with the City of Port Townsend since August 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Water Quality Information Specialist at the Portland Water Bureau from June 2014 to July 2021 and as an Environmental Health Specialist at Johnson County Public Health between March 2012 and May 2014.
