Charles Harness

Charles Harness is an experienced professional in code compliance and enforcement, currently serving as Code Compliance Manager for the City of Hurst since October 2018, where responsibilities include staff supervision, training, and leadership to meet work priorities and customer service needs. Previously, Charles held the position of Sr Housing Enforcement Officer with the City of Grand Prairie from February 2010 to August 2018, overseeing housing officers as a field supervisor. Charles earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Delgado Community College, completing the program in May 1998.
