Anne Torregrossa

Anne Torregrossa serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Portland, Maine since July 2016, previously holding the position of Associate Corporation Counsel. Prior to this role, Anne worked at Brann & Isaacson from August 2008 to June 2016 as an Associate, focusing on municipal law, employment law compliance, and civil litigation in state courts. Anne earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maine School of Law between 2005 and 2008, and holds an A.B. in International Relations and Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College, completed in 2002.
