Jamaal Anthony

Jamaal Anthony is an experienced recruitment and labor relations professional with a diverse background in public service and union representation. Currently serving as a Recruitment Supervisor and previously as a Labor Relations Coordinator for the City of Portland since July 2017, Jamaal has demonstrated expertise in workforce management and labor relations. Prior roles include Council Representative at Oregon AFSCME Council 75 and Organizer at SEIU, showcasing a strong commitment to labor advocacy. Jamaal’s career began at Fairfax County Government as a Parks Recreation Specialist from January 2009 to July 2012. Educationally, Jamaal holds a degree from James Madison University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
