Michael Roy

Michael Roy possesses extensive experience in fleet management and public works operations. Currently serving as Fleet Director and Vehicle Services Manager for the City of Portland since October 2018, Michael has previously held managerial roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, overseeing regional fleet operations, and served as Fleet Supervisor for the City of Redmond. Michael's earlier experience includes Operations Manager for the City of Snoqualmie, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Public Works department and a diverse team. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Western Governors University and studies in Project Management and Business at Bellevue College.
