Muriel Gueissaz-Teufel, PE, BCEE, DBIA, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in wastewater and environmental services. Currently serving as the Project Management Office Manager at the Portland Bureau of Environmental Services, Muriel plays a key role in overseeing large capital improvement projects, including leading the $600M Secondary Treatment Expansion Program at the Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Plant. With a strong background in project management and engineering, Muriel has held various leadership positions throughout a career that includes roles at HDR, CDM, and Brown and Caldwell, as well as the Federal Government of Canada. Education includes a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
