Sean Vanderjagt-Eit

Sean VanderJagt-EIT is an experienced building inspector and design professional, currently serving as a Building Inspector II for the City of Portland since August 2017, where responsibilities include conducting structural and mechanical inspections for commercial projects and ensuring compliance with the State of Oregon Building/Mechanical Code. In addition, Sean has been a partner at Oregon Drafting and Design Services since September 2008, providing freelance design and construction document services. Previous roles include Special Inspector and Project Manager at Carlson Testing and KPFF Consulting Engineers, as well as Structural Inspector/QC Technician for various significant projects, including the Tri-met Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail project. Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Portland State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
