Sean Clancy

Sean Clancy serves as the Assistant City Manager for Economic & Community Development for the City of Portsmouth, NH, and holds a position as a Board Member for GoodWork Seacoast. Clancy has significant experience in higher education, including roles as Associate Vice President for Marketing and Business Engagement, Associate Vice President for Workforce Development, and Adjunct Faculty Member at Great Bay Community College, and has also taught at the University of New Hampshire and Granite State College. Previous roles include board memberships with The Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth and Digital Marketing Center, along with professional coaching at Leverage Professional Coaching. Clancy's management experience includes leading leadership development initiatives at LEGACY Supply Chain Services and offering guidance through Influential Intelligence. Clancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nichols College, a Certificate in Professional Coaching from the University of New Hampshire, and a Master's in Liberal Arts from Southern Methodist University.
