Cliff Hayes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology management and municipal government leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, since November 2022, Hayes has held multiple leadership positions including Chairman of the Virginia Data Advisory Commission and the Joint Commission on Technology and Science. With a background in professional photography for sports and significant roles such as CIO for HRRJ Authority and CEO of Hayes & Associates, Hayes specializes in streamlining processes to enhance organizational resilience.
