Keith Toler

Keith Toler is an experienced marketing and tourism professional with over 20 years in the travel and hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Museums and Tourism for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia since April 2019, Toler previously held key leadership positions including Director of Marketing at Chateau Morrisette Winery and Restaurant, Executive Director roles at both the Santa Fe Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Bucks County Convention and Visitors Bureau, and Director of the Portsmouth Virginia CVB. Toler's diverse expertise encompasses tourism program development, marketing strategy, and budget management, supported by a B.A. in Rhetoric and Communication Studies from the University of Virginia and an M.A. in Organizational Communication Studies from The University of Memphis.
