Michaela Duncan is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and customer service. Currently serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Illumina since July 2021, Michaela partners with recruiters and businesses to streamline the hiring process while building strong relationships with hiring managers. Concurrently, Michaela has been a Recreation Leader 1 for the City of Poway since April 2012, managing public swim reservations, enhancing customer experiences, and performing various administrative duties. Previous experience includes a role as a Management Trainee at Enterprise, where Michaela excelled in customer service and branch operations. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Justice Studies from California State University San Marcos.
