Wendy Kaserman has extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Poway since March 2016, overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing City Council initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Administrative Services for Poway, where responsibilities involved managing internal operations, and Assistant to the City Manager/Fiscal Services Manager for the City of San Marcos, focusing on budget development and financial monitoring. Wendy's earlier experience includes managing intergovernmental relations for the Town of Queen Creek and serving as a member services associate for the League of Arizona Cities and Towns. Wendy holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University, along with a Leadership North County Graduate designation from California State University San Marcos.
