Deklan Corstanje

Deklan Corstanje is an experienced economic development professional currently serving as Manager of Economic Development for the City of Prince George since July 2022. Prior to this role, Deklan held the same title at the City of Terrace from October 2019 to June 2022 and worked as an Economic Development Officer at the Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine from November 2016 to October 2019. Deklan started in the field as an Economic Development Intern at the Northern Development Initiative Trust, where responsibilities included completing project due diligence reports for funding consideration. In addition to economic development roles, Deklan has experience with BC Wildfire Services as a Crew Member and interim leadership positions and worked as a Resident Assistant at the University of Northern British Columbia while pursuing a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree focused on Community and Population Health.
