Rosa Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in municipal governance and organizational management. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate & Legislative Services for the City of Prince Rupert since March 2019, Rosa oversees administrative and legislative operations, supporting the Mayor and Council. Prior to this role, Rosa managed the Recreation Complex, focusing on operational efficiencies and safety, and worked as a Logistics Coordinator for Quickload Logistics. Rosa's background also includes a managerial position at Northern Savings Credit Union and a community relations role at BG Group, where responsibilities included project management and First Nations engagement. Rosa is currently advancing education with a Bachelor of Professional Arts in Governance, Law & Management from Athabasca University, along with a Certificate in Public Administration from Capilano University and a recently completed MATI certification from LGMA.
