Daniel Clement has extensive experience in analytic support and performance measurement within public safety and city operations. Since February 2003, Daniel has served as a Crime and Information Systems Specialist for the City of Providence, providing analytic support across various divisions of the Department of Public Safety, which includes Police, Fire, Communications, and Emergency Management. Prior to this role, Daniel was a Sr Operations Analyst leading the ProvStat performance measurement initiative, collaborating with key City departments to develop metrics for assessing departmental performance. Daniel's career began at CVS Pharmacy as a Business Analyst from June 1992 to February 2003. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Community Planning from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from The Catholic University of America.
