Rj Lott

RJ Lott, MPA, AICP, CPM, currently serves as the Community Development Director and Planning Director for the City of Pullman since August 2020. Previously, RJ held the position of Planning Manager at Chelan County Community Development Dept. for less than a year, as well as Planning Manager for the City of Moses Lake for a few months. Prior roles include Community Development Director for the City of Entiat and Senior Planner at SCJ Alliance. RJ began a lengthy tenure as Senior Planner at Benton County in April 2003, concluding in August 2016. Educational qualifications include a degree in Urban Planning from the University of Utah, a degree in Business Management from Western Governors University, and a Master's degree in Executive Public Administration from ASU Watts College of Public Service & Community Solutions. Further education was pursued at Arizona State University in 2020-2021.
