Haylie Miller is a skilled professional in community and economic development, currently serving as the Community & Economic Development Director for the City of Pasco since April 2025. Previously, Miller held the position of Community Development Director for the City of Marysville, WA from March 2021 to May 2025, and served in similar roles at the City of Ferndale, Washington, from September 2013 to March 2021, having started as an Assistant Planner and worked up to Associate Planner. Additional experience includes a role as Project Administrator at SCS Engineers from March 2012 to September 2013 and as an Associate Planner at Eldred & Associates from December 2009 to February 2012. Miller's career began as an Administrative Assistant at Wildlands from October 2005 to July 2007. A graduate of Western Washington University, Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Planning and Policy.
