Emelia Lien

Emelia Lien is an experienced human resources professional with a solid background in benefits management and general HR functions. Currently serving as Benefits Manager at the City of Racine since February 2017, Emelia has also held roles as Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Assistant within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Coordinator and Admissions Coordinator at Fire Mountain Residential Treatment Center from August 2015 to January 2017, and as Staffing Consultant at Express Employment Professionals from October 2014 to August 2015, where responsibilities included developing recruitment sources and managing applicant inquiries. Emelia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, completed in 2015.
